Answer: a) Make sure to register on Eventbrite to reserve your appointment time.
b) Before the event: Read through the Practitioner page and decide which practitioners feel like a good fit for you. Have your top 3 practitioners in mind before arriving to speed up the process. In case your first choice is not available you can go to choice 2 or 3.
c) Before the event: Know what issue you want to work on, such as a past traumatic event or an emotion like fear, anger, sadness, guilt, shame, hurt, grief). This way your practitioner can start working on the issue quickly and using the 30 min to help you get results instead of spending the time figuring out what to help you with. d) One-to-two days before the event: Eat healthy, light food. Drink lots of plain water. Stay away from alcohol and recreational drugs, as these can interfere with your therapy. If you are taking prescription drugs, continue to take them as prescribed by your doctors. Get plenty of sleep each night. Set your intention for healing.

Bring a jacket to keep warm. Bring any healthy snacks or drinks you might need. We will have bottled water available.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to give yourself plenty of time to check in and select your preferred practitioner so you can start the session on time. Feel free to spend time before or after your individual session relaxing, talking with the vendors or attend up to two group healing sessions.
f) After the event: If possible, take it easy for the rest of the day after your session and get a good night’s sleep to help your body and mind process your session and allow for healing to take place. Also, eat healthy, light meals. Make sure to drink lots of plain water to help the body flush out the toxin or stressful energy that was released during the session.
